Enema kit
a timer to time 5 minutes

The performer would strip down nude in privacy preferably in the tub or some place near where they would expel the enema. You will start the task by stripping down completely nudeYou will then fill your enema kit with warm water. You will then proceed to use the kit to fill your ass with the warm water. Once full You will then procced to give yourself 10 swats using the wooden spoon while trying not to let any fluid drip out. You will then start the timer for 5 minutes during that time you will hold the enema and not let any expel from your body. After 5 minutes is up you will repeat the swats only.After giving yourself the second 10 swats you will be allowed to expel the enema. After completly expeling the enema you will log in and write your report.You will make the report preferably 150 to 250 words on your thoughts as you prepared for the task, your thoughts as the task begain and progressed and finally the thoughts and feelings you have about completing the task.You will have 5 days to complete the task upon acceptance of the task.
